- Browse our website http://www.bridalexpress.se. Clicking the item you want to order will take you to a page showing detailed information of the item, including the price in both USD and SEK (which one is to be paid depends on the payment method).
- There is an order form on the right side of the page which you need to fill out if you want to place an order. The item number is automatically filled out.
- For accessories you are only required to fill out the quantity.
- For other products, you will need to fill out the quantity and choose the color.
- If you want to order a standard sized dress, fill out the standard size (for flower girl dresses, you instead fill out the age of the child). Please refer to the size chart if you do not know your size. You do not need to fill out any other measurements.
- On the other hand, if you want to order a dress with your own custom measurements, then leave out the size field, and instead fill out your measurements in the order form. Please refer to How to measure if you need instructions on how to take measurements. The size chart contains the measurements for standard sizes for reference.
- Fill out sleeve or neck measurements if you want to order a dress or jacket with sleeves or neck. Otherwise, leave it out.
- In the special requirement field, write any special requirement or other information you think we ought to know in order to make your dress.
- Having filled out the order form, click the Add to cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. NOTE: If you leave your computer or do not further browse www.bridalexpress.se for more than two hours, the contents in the cart will be emptied automatically.
- You can now continue shopping at our website by following the steps above, or
- proceed to check out by clicking on the
 button in the upper right corner of the website. This will take you to the cart.
- View the contents of the cart and delete any unwanted items. You may also edit the information for each item.
- If you want to go continue shopping, you can just click on any product category and continue browsing the website.
- Instead, if you decide to check out, click Next, which will take you to the Delivery information tab of the cart.
- Fill out required information carefully as the delivery address will be the address to which we deliver your order, and the email address will be address to which we send you the order confirmation and your invoice.
- Choose the payment method.
- Choose if you wish a rush order.
- It is very important that you make sure you have read the Terms of Sales, the Shipping and Delivery information and the Return Policy before you proceed.
- After having filled out all the delivery information, clicking Next will take you to the Confirmation tab of the cart. View all the information listed in you order details. Click Back if you want to change any information.
- When you are confident that your information is correct, click Next. Congratulations! Now your order is sent!! You will soon receive an Order Confirmation from us by email (to the email address you registered in the Delivery Information).
- You will receive an invoice from us within 48 hours after you receive your Order Confirmation.
- Pay your invoice by the payment method you chose in the Delivery information. Please refer to How to make a payment if you need instructions on how to pay.
- You will receive a confirmation email after we have received your payment. Production of your order will commence only after we have received your payment.
- You will receive a notification by email with the tracking number of the courier (DHL, TNT or UPS) when your order is sent.
