We understand that it is very important for you to be perfectly satisfied with your wedding dress, and our cancellation and return policies were created with this in mind.

Cancellation policy

Orders cancelled within 24 hours after you receive our payment confirmation (we send out this when we receive your full payment) will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled 1-2 days after you have received our payment confirmation will be eligible for full shipping cost and 50% of the dress purchase price refund.

Orders cancelled more than 2 days after you have received our payment confirmation but before shipment will be eligible for shipping cost refund.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Return policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase and need to return an item back to us for any reason, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us by email to salesbridalexpress.se within 30 days of receiving your package.
2. Once your request has been processed by us, we will provide you with a Product Return Form.
3. Send your items to the address we provided to you in the form as soon as possible after you have received the form. Include the completed form with your return.

Non-defective items

If you have ordered a dress of standard size (i.e. not custom size), you may return your dress after having received your package, even if the dress is correctly made according to your order. We will gladly refund the purchase price for your unused dress. Please contact us by email (salesbridalexpress.se) within 30 days of receiving your package.

However, it is important to note that, for non-defective items, only standard sized dresses can be returned and receive a full refund. We are sorry that we cannot return any non-defective dress of customized size. Please also note that the dress has to be in the original unused new condition in order for you to receive the refund.

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all shipping costs involved with ordering and refunding of non-defective items.

Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or mis-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

Sizing and fitting issues

The finished dress may vary by approximately two (2) centimetres in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

Dress is not the size you ordered.

Should your dress size differ from the specifications of your order by more than two centimetres, you may return the dress to us to receive a full refund. We will also reimburse you for the cost of return shipping.

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit

If the dress does not fit properly, but was made according to the specifications included in your order, please choose from the following options:

• You may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).
• You may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us for a quote based on the complexity of the dress and the amount that needs to be altered.

Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on BridalExpress.se. Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us by email (salesbridalexpress.se) to see if a return or refund is possible.
